Majority of people with HIV have no access to ART

The Guardian On the occasion of World Aids Day 2014 a parliamentarian group of british MPs have published a report that shows, that two-thirds of adults with HIV, and three-quarters of the children, are not on treatment. Pamela Nash, president of the cross-party group, told The Guardian: “This is a stark warning to governments, including the UK, that if we fail to address the barriers to access we will ultimately lose the battle to control and end the epidemic."
